Shareholders in private companies post standardized listings for a flat fee. Verified members browse them and contact sellers directly. Negotiation, diligence, and closing happen between the two parties, away from VestLoft.

VestLoft publishes information. It doesn’t take part in any sale.
The seller identifies the security, shows ownership, discloses transfer restrictions, and names the resale exemption they rely on, with documents to support it.
Nothing is visible to members until each step is documented and review is complete. Listings by affiliates of the issuer get enhanced review.
Members verify identity and investor eligibility before they see any listing. Search and filters work the same way for everyone.
Contact seller shares contact details. Buyer and seller negotiate and close on their own, or through a broker-dealer they choose.
These limits are built into the product. Changing any of them requires legal and regulatory review first.
This website describes VestLoft. Listings live in a member area that search engines can’t index and public links can’t reach.
